Information and advice
Disability Cambridgeshire is mainly funded to provide information and advice to disabled people and/or older people and carers in Cambridgeshire.
Disability awareness training
We offer short courses in disability awareness in accessible locations around Cambridgeshire. These are just a few hours long but are lively and have been very well received. Contact us for further information.

Representation/liaison
Staff from Disability Cambridgeshire are members of a number of committees and working groups from very local to Regional Assembly levels.
Developmental work
We are also funded to do developmental work with voluntary and community organisations in Cambridgeshire and across the Eastern Region. More about us.
One example of this is the Disability Cambridgeshire website, which has been funded by ChangeUp. This is just part of a larger project that aims to help support the infrastructure for voluntary and community organisations in Cambs by promoting their work to potential clients and helping them communicate.
